“I want to try this out!” The presence of nurses who wish to fulfill this dream.

These are the visuals for nurse recruitment of “Nancy”, a babysitting service managed by certified NPO corporation Florence, aimed at children who require medical care or those with disabilities.
Raising a child with medical requirements comes with a big burden. For instance, when a parent cannot leave the side of a child, and/or a child grows into the school age, there are cases where there are no facilities to look after them after-school or attend special needs schooling. They are stripped of opportunities of learning, and society direly lacks the preparation needed to attend to these issues. Nancy’s aim is to overcome these barriers that surround medical-needs children and their parents, and even with medical care create a future where both parent and child can take onto anything they desire.
The core of this approach are the existence of nurses who possess loving care and experience. WORLD FESTIVAL closely followed the daily lives of these nurses, the thoughts that could be seen through their actions, and how the children’s potential expands through experiencing this service, and created a visualization in video of these proceedings.
